What is your return policy?

We can arrange for the return, but for returns due to a change of mind, there will be a return cost. This cost will be calculated by our warehouse team in coordination with the courier company, and we'll inform you once approved by you. We'll provide you with a return postage stamp to send the shipment back to our warehouse.

Additionally, we'll need confirmation from you that the product is still in its original packaging by sending a photograph of the same. Once we receive the shipment back at our warehouse, we'll initiate the refund by deducting the agreed return cost from the original payment made.
