My tracking is not working/updating?

We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 working hours. Sometimes, even if the order is dispatched from the warehouse, the tracking may not immediately show valid results. This can happen because courier updates may take time, especially when it arrives at the local depot.

We recommend waiting for the following number of days for your state before inquiring:

• VIC: 1-2 business days
• NSW: 2-4 business days
• SA: 2-3 business days
• QLD: 2-4 business days
• WA: 4-6 business days
• TAS: 1-3 business days
• NT: 4-6 business days
• ACT: 2-3 business days
